Join us to make a vibrant impact in the digital space and help us tell our story in fresh, exciting ways!&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, You tube, TikTok to increase engagement and brand visibility.</li><li>Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and multimedia campaigns aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.</li><li>Monitor social listening tools to track conversations about the brand, industry trends, and competitors; analyze insights to optimize campaigns.</li><li>Manage social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels to maximize reach and ROI.</li><li>Utilize tools for scheduling posts, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining consistent online presence.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability across digital channels.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and creative departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.</li><li>Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness; prepare reports for continuous improvement.</li><li>Oversee public relations efforts related to social media initiatives to enhance brand reputation and community engagement.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and emerging technologies such as video editing software or Adobe Creative Suite.</li></ul>&lt;Skills&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and visual content creation.</li><li>Skilled in video editing techniques for producing engaging multimedia content.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and e-commerce strategies.</li><li>Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and industry trends effectively.</li><li>Expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with scheduling tools for streamlined content management.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills ensuring accurate messaging across all content formats.</li><li>Ability to build relationships through public relations efforts and community engagement initiatives.</li><li>Knowledge of branding principles to maintain consistent voice across all channels.
