We are seeking a Full-Time employee, but we will consider part-time for the person with cell phone repair experience.
We are looking for someone that has experience with Screen and Battery Replacements/repairs for both Samsung and Apple Smartphones.
As a Cell phone Repair/Sales Associate you will pleasantly engage customers to understand their needs, and then provide knowledge and expertise to recommend solutions.
Responsibilities
Customer Service &amp; Sales<ul><li>
Greet and assist retail and commercial customers with battery, bulb, and accessory needs</li><li>
Recommend solutions and educate customers on our products and services</li><li>
Suggest add-on items and upsell where appropriate</li><li>
Answer phones and handle POS transactions with accuracy</li><li>
Support local commercial sales efforts</li></ul>
Technical Services<ul><li>
Install and test batteries in vehicles, devices, and equipment</li><li>
Repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronics (screens, batteries, ports, etc.)</li><li>
Cut keys and reprogram automotive key fobs</li><li>
Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques with hands-on guidance</li></ul>
Store Operations<ul><li>
Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards</li><li>
Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build product displays</li><li>
Open and close the store including drawer counts and daily reporting</li><li>
Participate in inventory control and loss prevention procedures</li><li>
Assist with deliveries and light facility maintenance</li></ul>
What We're Looking For:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
6+ months of prior work experience</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Sales aptitude and customer service focus</li><li>
Mechanical or technical inclination</li><li>
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and use small tools and electronic testing equipment</li></ul>

Cell Phone Repair Tech/Sales

 Senior Accounts Payable Specialist
 
 is responsible for supporting and leading key aspects of the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and vendor communications. This position serves as a subject matter expert within the accounts payable team, supporting process improvements, assisting in the resolution of complex issues, and mentoring team members. The role also supports financial reporting accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You'll Do

 Review, code, and process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and on time

 Manage recurring payments, expense reimbursements, and check runs
 
 </li>

 Validate purchase orders, invoices, and payments to ensure compliance

 <li>
 
 Investigate and resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and payments
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Partner with internal departments and vendors to address and resolve issues
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Support month-end close activities, including AP accruals and reconciliations
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Monitor AP aging and follow up on outstanding items
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Assist with documentation for internal and external audits
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Drive process improvements to streamline AP operations
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Stay current on tax rules, including sales/use tax, and audit requirements
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Mentor and guide AP team members, providing training and support
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Participate in cross-functional projects as a liaison between AP and other departments
 
 </li>

 What We're Looking For

 Associate degree in Accounting or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting functions
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Strong understanding of accounting principles, AP processes, and internal controls
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Google Suite; ERP system experience preferred
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Willingness to work additional hours during month-end or peak periods as needed
