This position combines both onsite and remote support responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing a variety of IT environments.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, networking equipment, PCs, printers, and VoIP systems.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients</li><li>Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Entra ID issues</li><li>Configure and support MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)</li><li>Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop computers</li><li>Support printers and network printers</li><li>Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues</li><li>Configure and support VoIP phone systems</li><li>Assist with user account setup and management</li><li>Respond to service calls in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers regarding technical issues and resolutions</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of work performed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID</li><li>Understanding of MFA setup and troubleshooting</li><li>PC repair and hardware troubleshooting experience</li><li>Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, IP addressing, Wi-Fi)</li><li>Experience supporting printers and network printers</li><li>Familiarity with VoIP phone systems</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Clean driving record required</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Combination of onsite and remote work</li><li>Work-from-home flexibility available depending on workload</li><li>Business casual dress code</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Previous MSP or field service experience</li><li>CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus</li><li>Experience working directly with small business clients</li></ul>CompensationCompensation based on experience.To apply, please submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Demonstrate that you have skills in Windows Troubleshooting.
