Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable IT / Network Support Technician to join our team supporting businesses throughout the Tampa Bay area. This position combines both onsite and remote support responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing a variety of IT environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, networking equipment, PCs, printers, and VoIP systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Entra ID issues
- Configure and support MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop computers
- Support printers and network printers
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues
- Configure and support VoIP phone systems
- Assist with user account setup and management
- Respond to service calls in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding technical issues and resolutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID
- Understanding of MFA setup and troubleshooting
- PC repair and hardware troubleshooting experience
- Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, IP addressing, Wi-Fi)
- Experience supporting printers and network printers
- Familiarity with VoIP phone systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Clean driving record required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous MSP or field service experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
- Experience working directly with small business clients
Compensation
Compensation based on experience.
