Do you want to grow with us?COURIER DRIVERESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver materials, packages, and equipment in a safe and timely manner.</li><li>Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.</li><li>Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and condition, and process receipts in the ERP system.</li><li>Create and review packing slips, bills of lading, and delivery documentation.</li><li>Load and unload materials using forklifts or other material‑handling equipment.</li><li>Coordinate deliveries and receipts with the Procurement Supervisor and other internal stakeholders.</li><li>Obtain delivery confirmations from vendors and internal departments.</li><li>Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.</li><li>Maintain communication regarding delivery schedules, delays, or incidents.</li><li>Assist other departments as assigned, with supervisor approval.</li><li>Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job.EDUCATION:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Relevant delivery, logistics, receiving, or warehouse experience may substitute for formal education.</li></ul>EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:<ul><li>Have a valid Driver&rsquo;s License and a clean driving record</li><li>Must be able to pass a DOT physical.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>High level of reliability, integrity, and attention to detail.</li><li>Basic proficiency with ERP systems and inventory processes.</li><li>Ability to safely operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet delivery and receiving deadlines.</li></ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This position requires a high level of physical flexibility, strength, and stamina, including the ability to: see and assess drawings, photos, and written instructions; audibly hear verbal instructions and mechanical signals; and speak, read, write, and communicate effectively.<ul><li>Must have full range of body movement.</li><li>Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Must maintain confidence and balance while working on ladders up to 12 feet tall.</li><li>Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, equipment, hot materials, moderate to extreme noise, fumes, and airborne particles.</li><li>Must agree to wear any and all necessary personal protective equipment to include but not limited to:</li></ul>o Eye protection is required to reduce the risk of injury.o Approved footwear required.o Ear protection is required.o Other PPE as necessary to perform duties.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required.
