Whether guiding guests through menu selections or managing multiple tables seamlessly, your positive attitude will be key to delivering memorable moments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience </li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff </li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities </li><li>Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards </li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience </li><li>Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards </li><li>Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements and optimize guest flow</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants </li><li>Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms </li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously </li><li>Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures </li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts </li><li>Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue </li><li>Experience with food preparation, bussing, host/hostess duties, or cashiering is a plus </li><li>Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about hospitality, thrive in energetic environments, and want to make every guest&rsquo;s visit unforgettable!Pay: $2.13 - $2.15 per hourWork Location: In person
