<Responsibilities>

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements and optimize guest flow

<Qualifications>

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
• Experience with food preparation, bussing, host/hostess duties, or cashiering is a plus
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions
