Bartender

Want to be a bartender creating prohibition style cocktails for our newly remodeled speakeasy? We are currently seeking a bartender with experience in prohibition-style cocktails for speakeasy upstairs from the restaurant.

Platypus Brewing has been crafting some of Texas’ best and most adored beers for nearly ten years and are beloved by Houstonians for our elevated, Australian food and our scratch bar program. The speakeasy adds yet another another exciting dimension.

Job Title: Bartender

Core Accountabilities:

- Professional and consistent high-quality cocktail and bar service to speakeasy guests

- Preparing and mixing cocktails per recipes

- Maintain restaurant and bar in a clean, neat and tidy state

Servicing the speakeasy in accordance with statutory regulations, and Platypus Brewing's policies and procedures

Soft Skills:

Compensation:

- Hourly rate
- Qualifies for tips
- Casual/part-time basis
