Server/ Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide interactive tableside BBQ service, guest engagement, and full dining execution. Candidates must deliver professional service standards in a fast-paced, full-bar Korean BBQ setting. This role involves serving food and beverages, managing POS systems, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Candidates should possess strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

Duties

• Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and billing procedures with accuracy using POS systems
• Ensure food safety and proper food handling protocols are followed at all times
• Provide attentive customer service to enhance guest experience, including answering questions about menu items
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces according to health regulations
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure timely service without compromising quality

Experience

• Prior experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Square is highly desirable
• Strong background in customer service, serving, bartending, or hospitality roles
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience working in nightlife venues or nightclubs is advantageous
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math tasks
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
• Previous experience with brewing or catering services is beneficial but not required
