Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide interactive tableside BBQ service, guest engagement, and full dining execution. Candidates must deliver professional service standards in a fast-paced, full-bar Korean BBQ setting. This role involves serving food and beverages, managing POS systems, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Candidates should possess strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.Duties<ul><li>Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.</li><li>Serve food and beverages to guests promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality</li><li>Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines</li><li>Manage cash handling, cashiering, and billing procedures with accuracy using POS systems</li><li>Ensure food safety and proper food handling protocols are followed at all times</li><li>Provide attentive customer service to enhance guest experience, including answering questions about menu items</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces according to health regulations</li><li>Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed</li><li>Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure timely service without compromising quality</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast, Square is highly desirable</li><li>Strong background in customer service, serving, bartending, or hospitality roles</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Experience working in nightlife venues or nightclubs is advantageous</li><li>Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math tasks</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours</li><li>Previous experience with brewing or catering services is beneficial but not required</li></ul>Join our team if you are passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences through excellent service, efficient operations, and a positive attitude.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $2.13 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
