Scope of Work:</b></h3><div><b>
Social Media Strategy &amp; Management:</b></div><div>
Own end-to-end management of the brand&rsquo;s social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.</div><div>
Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to grow followers, engagement, and conversions.</div><div>
Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar in alignment with the overall marketing strategy and campaigns.</div><div><b>
Content Creation &amp; Asset Development:</b></div><div>
Conceptualize, shoot, edit, caption, and post high-quality content (reels, videos, static posts, stories) aligned with brand guidelines.</div><div>
Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera for content creation.</div><div>
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and cross-functional teams to produce impactful assets.</div><div><b>
Analytics &amp; Optimization:</b></div><div>
Regularly track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions).</div><div>

Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and viral content mechanics.</div><div>
Proficiency in content creation &ndash; video shooting, editing, and copywriting.</div><div>
Data-driven with experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, or other social media management platforms.</div><div>
