Job Description – Videographer & Video Editor

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Videographer & Video Editor to manage end-to-end video production for brand, marketing, and digital content. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in shooting, editing, and post-production, with a sharp eye for storytelling and visual quality across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for brand films, ads, and social media
- Own the complete video production lifecycle—from concept to final delivery
- Capture cinematic footage using professional cameras, lighting, and audio setups
- Edit videos with strong narrative flow, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visual stories
- Optimize video content for different digital platforms and formats
- Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all video outputs
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines
Key Skills & Competencies
- 2–4 years of experience as a Videographer and Video Editor
- Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, and camera movement
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
- Strong storytelling skills, editing judgment, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
Optional / Good-to-Have Skills
Basic 3D skills for product visuals or video integration (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
Motion graphics and basic animation skills
Portfolio Requirement
Mandatory submission of a video portfolio showcasing videography and video editing work
