The ideal candidate must understand market demand, consumer behavior, pricing strategies, and supplier availability (Daraz, local wholesalers, etc.).Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research and identify high-demand, low-competition products for the local market.</li><li>Analyze product trends across Daraz, TikTok Shop, and local Facebook marketplaces.</li><li>Evaluate product profit margins, logistics feasibility, and supplier options.</li><li>Suggest pricing and marketing angles for selected products.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to launch new items.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in product research / hunting for Pakistani e-commerce.</li><li>Strong knowledge of local market trends and suppliers.</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Minea, Pipiads, or manual research methods.</li><li>Basic understanding of Shopify, Daraz, or TikTok Shop platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a fast-growing e-commerce brand.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
