Summary:
This position is responsible for running paid social media campaigns and leading creative teams to drive performance. It falls at the intersection of social media marketing, performance marketing, and team leadership with a digital-first approach.
Responsibility:
· Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
· Monitor performance metrics including CTR, ROAS, engagement, and reach.
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
· Research and implement the latest social media trends, algorithms, and ad strategies.
· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and DMs to build strong brand engagement.
· Identify and collaborate with influencers or micro-creators for campaigns.
· Foster a loyal community by maintaining consistent, positive, and on-brand interactions.
· Act as team lead for the graphic designer, video editor, and content creators.
· Ensure smooth coordination between the marketing and creative teams.
· Assign tasks, track progress, and maintain quality standards.
