We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, results-driven Bilingual (Spanish/English) Accounts &amp; Collections Manager to oversee and manage all customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving account issues with professionalism and strategic thinking.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage all customer accounts from start to finish, ensuring accurate records and timely payment processing.</li><li>Strategically collect on delinquent accounts.</li><li>Maintain professional yet firm communication with customers to resolve payment issues while preserving relationships.</li><li>Problem-solve complex customer situations, including disputes, payment arrangements, and hardship cases.</li><li>Analyze accounts and identify patterns or trends in late payments to proactively address potential issues.</li><li>Work closely with dealership management to implement collection strategies and achieve monthly performance goals.</li><li>Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards related to collections and account management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bilingual (English &amp; Spanish) &ndash; REQUIRED</li><li>Proven experience in finance, banking, cash advance, or related industries involving credit, lending, or collections.</li><li>Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills &mdash; able to impact customer decisions and secure commitments.</li><li>High emotional intelligence and people skills &mdash; able to read situations, adapt communication style, and build trust quickly.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness in high-pressure situations.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and basic financial/accounting software.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in collections, banking, and/or finance.</li><li>Experience creating and implementing strategic collection plans.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation:<ul><li>Full-time, on-site position.</li><li>Competitive pay based on experience, with performance-based incentives.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Stable, established dealership with strong community presence.</li><li>Supportive work environment that values creativity and strategic thinking.</li><li>Opportunities for growth and advancement.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $60,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>Collection management: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Nashville, TN 37211 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Nashville, TN 37211: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
