As an Aesthetician, you will deliver personalized treatments, educate clients on skincare routines, and promote our premium product lines to enhance their beauty journeys. Your passion for aesthetics and commitment to excellence will make a real difference in our clients&rsquo; confidence and well-being.Duties<ul><li>Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to address individual client needs.</li><li>Administer body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling services to create customized beauty solutions.</li><li>Conduct advanced procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and safety.</li><li>Manage retail sales by recommending products during consultations and providing product demos to educate clients on skincare routines.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation standards by following proper hygiene protocols and ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized.</li><li>Utilize salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales tracking.</li><li>Engage actively with clients through social media management and guest services to build lasting relationships and promote special offers or new treatments.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role within a med spa or salon environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of management practices related to salon operations, including front desk responsibilities and customer service excellence.</li><li>Familiarity with advanced aesthetic procedures such as , laser treatments, and SKIN PEEL.</li><li>Hands-on experience with salon software systems like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and sales management and front desk .</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and aftercare instructions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to upsell services and products while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.</li><li>Certification in Esthetician licensing as required by state regulations; .
