Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments to address individual client needs.
• Administer body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling services to create customized beauty solutions.
• Conduct advanced procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and safety.
• Manage retail sales by recommending products during consultations and providing product demos to educate clients on skincare routines.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by following proper hygiene protocols and ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized.
• Utilize salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales tracking.
• Engage actively with clients through social media management and guest services to build lasting relationships and promote special offers or new treatments.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role within a med spa or salon environment.
• Strong knowledge of management practices related to salon operations, including front desk responsibilities and customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with advanced aesthetic procedures such as , laser treatments, and SKIN PEEL.
• Hands-on experience with salon software systems like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and sales management and front desk .
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and aftercare instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell services and products while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
