Job Title: Tax Solutions Coordinator Company: BBO Tax Solutions LLC Location: Doha, QatarJob Description:BBO Tax Solutions LLC, a professional tax advisory and compliance firm based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tax Solutions Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting tax advisory services, coordinating client tax filings, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in the preparation and review of tax-related documentation.This position requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of tax regulations, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced professional services environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate the preparation, filing, and submission of corporate and individual tax returns in compliance with Qatari tax regulations.</li><li>Assist tax consultants in preparing tax reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date client tax records and compliance files.</li><li>Monitor deadlines for tax filings, VAT submissions, and other regulatory obligations.</li><li>Liaise with government authorities and tax regulatory bodies when required.</li><li>Review client financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness for tax reporting.</li><li>Support the implementation of VAT, corporate tax, and other applicable tax frameworks.</li><li>Respond to client inquiries regarding tax documentation, requirements, and status updates.</li><li>Assist in identifying tax discrepancies and coordinating corrective actions.</li><li>Keep updated on changes in local and international tax laws and regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure seamless tax processing.</li><li>Prepare internal reports on tax compliance status and client portfolio updates.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in tax coordination, accounting, or financial compliance.</li><li>Strong understanding of VAT and corporate tax principles (Qatar experience preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of accounting software and tax management systems.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines and multiple client assignments.</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.</li></ul>Additional Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.</li><li>Ability to interpret tax laws and apply them to client scenarios.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and client service orientation.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a consulting team.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Career growth opportunities in tax consulting and advisory services.</li><li>Professional development and training support.</li><li>Collaborative and professional work environment.</li><li>Exposure to diverse local and international clients.</li></ul>الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل عامموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
