Job Description:

BBO Tax Solutions LLC, a professional tax advisory and compliance firm based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tax Solutions Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting tax advisory services, coordinating client tax filings, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in the preparation and review of tax-related documentation.

This position requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of tax regulations, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation, filing, and submission of corporate and individual tax returns in compliance with Qatari tax regulations.
  • Assist tax consultants in preparing tax reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client tax records and compliance files.
  • Monitor deadlines for tax filings, VAT submissions, and other regulatory obligations.
  • Liaise with government authorities and tax regulatory bodies when required.
  • Review client financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness for tax reporting.
  • Support the implementation of VAT, corporate tax, and other applicable tax frameworks.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding tax documentation, requirements, and status updates.
  • Assist in identifying tax discrepancies and coordinating corrective actions.
  • Keep updated on changes in local and international tax laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure seamless tax processing.
  • Prepare internal reports on tax compliance status and client portfolio updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in tax coordination, accounting, or financial compliance.
  • Strong understanding of VAT and corporate tax principles (Qatar experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of accounting software and tax management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple client assignments.
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to interpret tax laws and apply them to client scenarios.
