Job Description:

Aster Path Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Coordinator to support the organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial records, coordinating accounting activities, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on financial matters
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities
• Support audits by preparing required documents and reports
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
• Track and report financial performance and variances
• Assist in improving financial processes and systems

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Experience in healthcare or laboratory finance is an advantage
