</div><div>&acirc;&mdash;� Utilize monitoring tools to stay informed about brand sentiment and address potential issues promptly.
</div><div><b>Reputation Analysis:
</b></div><div>&acirc;&mdash;� Conduct an in-depth analysis of online sentiment and trends to identify areas for improvement.
</div><div>&acirc;&mdash;� Provide regular reports and insights on the company's online reputation, highlighting areas of concern or success.
</div><div><b>Strategic Planning:
</b></div><div>&acirc;&mdash;� Develop and implement ORM strategies to enhance and protect the company's online image.
</div><div>&acirc;&mdash;� Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align ORM efforts with overall brand goals.

</b></div><div>&acirc;&mdash;� Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
</div><div>&acirc;&mdash;� Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
</div><div>&acirc;&mdash;� Excellent communication and writing skills.
</div><div>&acirc;&mdash;� Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
</div><div>&acirc;&mdash;� ORM and Crisis management experience is a plus.
</div><div>&acirc;&mdash;� Familiarity with ORM tools and technologies is a plus.
