â—� Develop and implement ORM strategies to enhance and protect the company's online image.

â—� Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align ORM efforts with overall brand goals.

â—� Craft and implement effective responses to online feedback, both positive and negative.

â—� Engage with online communities and customers to build positive relationships and address concerns.

â—� Create and optimize positive content for the company on various platforms to enhance online visibility.

â—� Work with content creators to ensure a consistent and positive brand narrative.

â—� Develop crisis management plans to address potential reputation threats swiftly and effectively.

â—� Act as a point of contact for urgent ORM issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

â—� Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

â—� Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.

â—� Excellent communication and writing skills.

â—� Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

â—� ORM and Crisis management experience is a plus.

â—� Familiarity with ORM tools and technologies is a plus.
