If you thrive on precision, enjoy working with databases and office software, and are eager to support organizational success, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Enter, update, and maintain data from various sources (invoices, forms, records) into company databases, or spreadsheets with accuracy and speed</li><li>Data validation: Checking input data for accuracy, completeness, and errors ensuring high-level security</li><li>Data Management: Updating, retrieving, and organizing files</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and organize data sets, and generate reports that inform business strategies</li><li>Conduct routine filing, data verification, and record-keeping to ensure all information is current and accessible</li><li>Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, typing documents, and organizing digital or physical files</li><li>Apply basic math skills for calculations related to data analysis</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: High School diploma or higher</li><li>Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support in an office environment</li><li>Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Quickbooks, and data management software</li><li>Familiarity with databases and data collection tools is highly desirable</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data processing, record-keeping and ability to handle confidential information</li><li>Good typing speed and transcription skills for efficient documentation and excellent spelling skills</li><li>Basic math knowledge for handling numerical data accurately</li><li>Previous office experience involving filing, data collection, or administrative duties is preferred</li></ul>Join us as a Data Processor and become an essential part of a team dedicated to precision and operational excellence!
