Website AdministratorWe are seeking a candidate to be responsible for the presentation and management of BCW&rsquo;s e-commerce website. The position ensures that all products for sale by BCW Supplies are visible, searchable, and shoppable, by consumers, wholesale partners, &amp; distributors through our website.Reports to: General ManagerKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Product Management:<ul><li>List, update, and manage product data fields in both ERP and e-commerce website.</li><li>Create SEO friendly content for the website.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing and marketplace team(s) about new product(s).</li></ul>Inventory Management:<ul><li>Monitory inventory data and levels for items.</li><li>Coordinate with purchasing team about imported goods.</li><li>Coordinate with production team about domestically produced goods.</li></ul>Maintenance:<ul><li>Regularly perform website checks to ensure that all product listings, images, and content are up to date and accurate.</li><li>Collaborate with hosting provider or dev team address any technical issues, bugs, or glitches on the e-commerce website.</li></ul>Development:<ul><li>Work closely with dev team to improve the visual elements and user interface (UI) of the e-commerce site.</li><li>Implement custom functionalities, plugins, and extensions as required.</li><li>Collaborate with dev team to customize the e-commerce platform to meet specific business needs.</li><li>Coordinate with supervisor about website functionality and suggest potential features to create a user-friendly experience for our customers.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technical, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Magento.</li><li>Understanding of rudimentary coding such as CSS and HTML, PHP, and JavaScript</li><li>Experience with MS Nav or similar ERP.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Proficiency in using Microsoft and Google Suites.</li><li>Experience in search-engine and keyword optimization preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
