Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)Our growing dental practice in the Keller area is looking for a motivated and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We are a busy office that focuses on providing excellent patient care while maintaining a supportive and positive workplace for our staff. If you are a licensed RDA who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and being part of a collaborative team, we would love to meet you.Position OverviewIn this role, you will work closely with the doctor and clinical team to support a wide range of dental procedures and ensure patients have a smooth, comfortable experience during their visits.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the dentist chairside during exams and dental treatments</li><li>Capture digital X-rays and support diagnostic procedures</li><li>Prepare treatment rooms and instruments prior to patient appointments</li><li>Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments in accordance with infection control guidelines</li><li>Support preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures</li><li>Provide patients with guidance on oral hygiene and home care</li><li>Help with patient communication, scheduling assistance, and other daily office tasks when needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license</li><li>Comfortable working directly with patients and providing clinical support</li><li>Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset</li><li>Friendly, professional attitude and dependable work ethic</li><li>Experience with dental software is a plus, but not required</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation based on experience</li><li>A welcoming and supportive team culture</li><li>Opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the practice</li><li>A modern dental office focused on high-quality patient care</li></ul>If you are looking for a practice where teamwork, patient care, and professionalism are valued, we encourage you to apply.
