Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Our growing dental practice in the Keller area is looking for a motivated and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We are a busy office that focuses on providing excellent patient care while maintaining a supportive and positive workplace for our staff. If you are a licensed RDA who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and being part of a collaborative team, we would love to meet you.

Position Overview

In this role, you will work closely with the doctor and clinical team to support a wide range of dental procedures and ensure patients have a smooth, comfortable experience during their visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during exams and dental treatments
• Capture digital X-rays and support diagnostic procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments prior to patient appointments
• Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments in accordance with infection control guidelines
• Support preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures
• Provide patients with guidance on oral hygiene and home care
• Help with patient communication, scheduling assistance, and other daily office tasks when needed

Qualifications

• Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
• Comfortable working directly with patients and providing clinical support
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Friendly, professional attitude and dependable work ethic
• Experience with dental software is a plus, but not required
