The Role<ul><li>The primary responsibility of the Operation Executive &ndash; Legal title is to connect with potential business clients over phone calls, introduce our legal services, and schedule appointments for our Legal Advisors to take the discussion forward.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Reach out to business prospects through outbound calls, presenting BDS Legal Services&rsquo;.</li><li>Identify and connect with decision-makers and effectively communicate how BDS Legal Services addresses their specific business requirements.</li><li>Generate interest and schedule appointment with Legal Advisor.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and appointments scheduled in the CRM or Excel.</li><li>Ensure high-quality data collection, verification, and communication throughout.</li><li>Follow call scripts and adapt naturally based on the flow of conversation.</li><li>Coordinate regularly with the senior team members to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads&rsquo;.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.</li><li>Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging clients.</li></ul>Basic understanding of legal documentation is a plus (not mandatory).<ul><li>Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools for record-keeping.</li><li>Ability to follow process and maintain quality standards.</li><li>Attention to detail and willingness to learn legal service offerings.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
