The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing, social media, and content teams to deliver strong visual assets for both client projects and Be Brandy&rsquo;s own brand.This role requires someone who can think creatively, execute professionally, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.Key Responsibilities Design &amp; Creative Execution<ul><li>Design visual content for social media (posts, stories, reels covers, ads)</li><li>Create branding assets such as logos, brand guidelines, and visual identities</li><li>Design marketing materials (flyers, posters, banners, presentations, proposals)</li><li>Adapt designs across different platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency</li><li>Prepare files for both digital use and professional printing</li></ul>Client &amp; Team Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with Marketing Coordinators, Social Media Managers, and Content Creators</li><li>Translate briefs into strong visual concepts</li><li>Implement feedback and revisions efficiently</li><li>Support client campaigns, launches, and activations</li></ul>Agency &amp; Brand Support<ul><li>Contribute to Be Brandy&rsquo;s own branding and social media visuals</li><li>Assist with creative concepts for campaigns and pitches</li><li>Maintain organized design files and project folders</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience is a plus)</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Good understanding of social media design requirements</li><li>Ability to design for both digital and print</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>Good communication skills and openness to feedback</li></ul>Preferred (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Basic motion or animation skills</li><li>Familiarity with Canva or Figma</li><li>Experience designing for F&amp;B, lifestyle, or retail brands</li><li>Understanding of branding and visual storytelling</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Creative, collaborative agency environment</li><li>Exposure to diverse brands and industries</li><li>Opportunity to grow creatively and professionally</li><li>Hands-on involvement in real campaigns and projects</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease send:<ul><li>Your CV</li><li>Portfolio or samples of work (PDF, website, or social links)</li></ul>Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a practical design task.Contact email: info@bebrandyagency.comJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 per month
