We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and creative Social Media & Account Manager to join our growing team.
Role Overview
The Social Media & Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing Be Brandy’s own social media presence
- Managing and growing clients’ social media accounts
- Handling client communication and day-to-day account management
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations
This role combines creativity + organization + client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute content calendars for Be Brandy and assigned clients
- Write engaging captions in Arabic (and English when needed)
- Coordinate with the designer, videographer, and marketing team
- Schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments
- Track performance and prepare monthly reports
Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients
- Understand client needs, requests, and brand positioning
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Follow up on deliverables and approvals
- Ensure deadlines and commitments are met
- Identify upselling and growth opportunities within accounts
Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to campaign ideas and creative concepts
- Participate in content brainstorming sessions
- Monitor trends and suggest innovative content formats
- Ensure alignment between strategy and execution
Requirements
- Female candidate
- Arabic speaker (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in social media or account management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Experience using Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite
- Basic understanding of paid ads is a plus
- Knowledge of Canva / content tools is a plus
