Be Brandy is a creative marketing and branding agency based in Qatar, specializing in bold, high-impact branding, social media management, content creation, advertising, and creative campaigns across multiple industries including F&B, retail, fashion, hospitality, and technology.

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and creative Social Media & Account Manager to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The Social Media & Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing Be Brandy’s own social media presence
  • Managing and growing clients’ social media accounts
  • Handling client communication and day-to-day account management
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations

This role combines creativity + organization + client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute content calendars for Be Brandy and assigned clients
  • Write engaging captions in Arabic (and English when needed)
  • Coordinate with the designer, videographer, and marketing team
  • Schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments
  • Track performance and prepare monthly reports

Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients
  • Understand client needs, requests, and brand positioning
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients
  • Follow up on deliverables and approvals
  • Ensure deadlines and commitments are met
  • Identify upselling and growth opportunities within accounts

Strategy & Planning

  • Contribute to campaign ideas and creative concepts
  • Participate in content brainstorming sessions
  • Monitor trends and suggest innovative content formats
  • Ensure alignment between strategy and execution

Requirements

  • Female candidate
  • Arabic speaker (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in social media or account management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
  • Experience using Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite
  • Basic understanding of paid ads is a plus
  • Knowledge of Canva / content tools is a plus
