<p><b>
Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Finalist or part qualified Professional qualification (ACCA / ICAP or similar), Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field</li>
<li>Experience with Quickbooks Online (QBO)</li>
<li>Ability to communicate in English fluently to work with colleagues and stakeholders</li>
<li>Ability to Reconcile bank statements and accounts</li>
<li>Oversee and manage the company&rsquo;s cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial stability</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>1&ndash;2 years experience in accounts and finance</li>
<li>Completed or are currently pursuing ACCA, CA, or any other relevant qualification</li>
<li>Experience in retail accounting.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a cross-functional, changing environment and to lead and drive operational initiatives.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive management</li>
<li>Ability to conduct financial analysis and develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models</li>
<li>Ability to have strong attention to detail, organizational skills and focus on continuous improvement</li>

<p><b>About the job</b></p>
<p>
We are looking for a financial expert to manage our accounting operations and drive strategic planning. You will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy while guiding the business toward its strategic goals through data-driven analysis.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process within QBO</li>
<li>Bank and account reconciliation preparation and adjustments, analytical review and variance analysis</li>
<li>Reconciliations of supplier accounts including payables and receivables</li>
<li>Process accounts payable by analyzing different invoices and making sure they are coded correctly and posting them into QBO</li>
<li>Preparation of journal entries for month end close</li>
<li>Implement process improvements to accounting processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
<li>Undertake special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed.</li>
<li>Lead an accounting process from end-to-end</li>
<li>Preparing and reviewing balance sheets and Profit and Loss accounts</li>
<li>Develop budgets forecasts and cost analysis.</li>
<li>Monitor cashflow trends</li>
<li>Generate reports for management decision making.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with stakeholders to provide financial insights</li>
<li>Support the achievement of strategic goals</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional projects that require financial expertise</li>
<li>Implement process improvements to accounting processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.</li>
<li>Undertake special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed.</li>
<li>Develop knowledge of tools and applications in support of the accounting function and highlight opportunities for improvement.</li>
