Beacon Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager &ndash; Logistics to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination for solar equipment and related projects.Job SummaryThe Assistant Manager &ndash; Logistics will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring ERP accuracy, coordinating dispatch operations, and supervising warehouse staff while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage inventory and warehouse operations</li><li>Ensure stock accuracy and maintain ERP records</li><li>Plan dispatch and coordinate transportation activities</li><li>Maintain logistics documentation and reporting</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, sales, and project teams</li><li>Ensure safe handling of high-value and fragile solar equipment</li><li>Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safety compliance</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field</li></ul>Experience Requirements<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in logistics (solar, electrical, construction, or engineering industry preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel</li><li>Experience handling high-value and fragile equipment</li></ul>LocationLahoreJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
