This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our marketing vision while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on multichannel marketing including digital, print, social media, and e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Oversee the creation of compelling content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and advertising materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.</li><li>Manage advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other digital advertising channels to maximize reach and ROI.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, interpret data insights, and optimize marketing efforts for better results.</li><li>Coordinate SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO best practices.</li><li>Lead product management efforts by developing go-to-market strategies for new offerings and managing promotional activities.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective advertising sales strategies that support revenue growth.</li><li>Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement through targeted email marketing.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Manage budgets for various campaigns ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels while maintaining high standards of quality.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing techniques.</li><li>Demonstrated success in managing multichannel campaigns across digital platforms such as WordPress websites, social media channels, email marketing tools, and print advertising mediums.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual assets; familiarity with HTML is a plus.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.</li><li>Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies along with e-commerce platforms to drive online sales growth.</li><li>Skilled in copywriting for diverse formats including web content, advertisements, product descriptions, and promotional materials.</li><li>Ability to manage budgets efficiently while delivering measurable results; experience with marketing automation platforms is advantageous.</li></ul>Strong research skills combined with a strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
