This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional quality and service while ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with Project Director and Estimating team to develop project budgets, schedules, and status reports.</li><li>Lead the development of project site logistics and ensure compliance with owner contracts.</li><li>Oversee pay request processes, project costs, and job cost reports.</li><li>Manage labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination.</li><li>Assist with project bidding, value engineering, and site assessments.</li><li>Lead quality control, project close-out, and client meetings.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and owners.</li><li>Ensure safety and compliance with applicable policies and programs.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. (Preferred)</li><li>7+ years of experience in managing complex commercial or public school construction projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction practices, subcontracts, and self-perform work.</li><li>Proven leadership skills with experience in managing project teams and client relationships.</li><li>Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, PlanGrid, etc.).</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Desired Traits:<ul><li>7+ years managing large, complex projects, ideally in public school construction.</li><li>LEED accreditation and experience in client relationship development is a plus.</li><li>Strong estimating, scheduling, and financial management skills.</li><li>Ability to enforce safety protocols and manage risk evaluation processes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $107,286.00 - $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
