Summary
As a Project Manager at Beals Martin Inc., you will be instrumental in overseeing various construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional quality and service while ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Director and Estimating team to develop project budgets, schedules, and status reports.
- Lead the development of project site logistics and ensure compliance with owner contracts.
- Oversee pay request processes, project costs, and job cost reports.
- Manage labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination.
- Assist with project bidding, value engineering, and site assessments.
- Lead quality control, project close-out, and client meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and owners.
- Ensure safety and compliance with applicable policies and programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. (Preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in managing complex commercial or public school construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, subcontracts, and self-perform work.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing project teams and client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, PlanGrid, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Desired Traits:
- 7+ years managing large, complex projects, ideally in public school construction.
- LEED accreditation and experience in client relationship development is a plus.
- Strong estimating, scheduling, and financial management skills.
- Ability to enforce safety protocols and manage risk evaluation processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $107,286.00 - $160,000.00 per year
