Beanstalk is looking for Philly PreK (PHLPreK) Teachers to work full time or part time Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 2:30pm. We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children, a commitment to providing quality education, and the ability to maintain an engaging learning atmosphere.EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Must have minimum of Associate's Degree in ECE or Related Degree</li><li>Must have at least one year of experience teaching in a center</li><li>Must have at least a B rating on the PA Registry Career Pathway</li><li>Meet annual professional development requirements, per Pennsylvania Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL)</li><li>Knowledge and experience with Teaching Strategies Gold Assessments</li><li>Knowledge and experience with Creative Curriculum</li><li>Ability to pass background checks</li><li>Knowledge of ERS and Keystone Stars standards</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.</li><li>Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children</li><li>Bilingual in any language a plus</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.</li><li>Maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment for students.</li><li>Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.</li><li>Develop positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.</li><li>Participate in professional development activities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.</li></ul>COMPENSATION:<ul><li>Competitive Salary at $19 to $21 per hour commensurate with education and experience</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>Professional Development Assistance</li></ul>Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience using Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies Gold?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>teaching in a center: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
