With a strong legacy and nationwide presence, we cater to a wide range of industries including manufacturing, automotive, steel, textile, and engineering sectors.Role Overview:The Sales Engineer / Sales Specialist/ Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding business operations in the Ludhiana and surrounding industrial regions. The role involves engaging with OEMs, distributors, and end-users to provide technical sales support, promote product solutions, and ensure long-term client relationships.This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in technical sales, bearings, or mechanical components, who are looking to grow with a reputed and fast-expanding organization.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional business goals.</li><li>Identify and onboard new industrial OEMs and channel partners.</li><li>Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and application-based consultations.</li><li>Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate bearing and power transmission solutions.</li><li>Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.</li><li>Manage key accounts and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, and service) to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.</li><li>Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior sales team members when required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferred).</li><li>8&ndash;10 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in bearings, mechanical components, or engineering products.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of industrial products and their applications.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM, and reporting tools.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region.</li></ul>Interested candidates can directly share their CV at hr@btipl.in or connect with us on 7982234335Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
