Role Overview:

The Sales Engineer / Sales Specialist/ Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding business operations in the Ludhiana and surrounding industrial regions. The role involves engaging with OEMs, distributors, and end-users to provide technical sales support, promote product solutions, and ensure long-term client relationships.

This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in technical sales, bearings, or mechanical components, who are looking to grow with a reputed and fast-expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional business goals.
  • Identify and onboard new industrial OEMs and channel partners.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and application-based consultations.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate bearing and power transmission solutions.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, and service) to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in bearings, mechanical components, or engineering products.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region.
