Beattie Outdoor Solutions is a growing family-owned outdoor construction company serving Madison and surrounding areas. We specialize in high-quality landscape and hardscape projects including patios, retaining walls, drainage solutions, grading, sod installation, planting, and outdoor transformations.We are looking for a dependable, motivated Landscape Construction Specialist who takes pride in quality work and enjoys working outdoors. This is a hands-on position for someone with landscaping or construction experience who wants to grow with a company and work directly alongside the owner.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage systems, sod, mulch, and plantings</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, saws, and equipment safely</li><li>Assist with grading, excavation, material movement, and site prep</li><li>Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites</li><li>Communicate well with team members and customers when needed</li><li>Help complete projects efficiently with strong attention to detail</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous landscaping, hardscaping, construction, masonry, or outdoor labor experience preferred</li><li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in heat/cold</li><li>Positive attitude and dependable attendance</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation preferred</li><li>Ability to follow direction and work independently when needed</li><li>Equipment experience is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Opportunity for advancement into leadership roles</li><li>Variety of projects with hands-on skill development</li><li>Work directly with ownership in a small growing company</li><li>Respectful team environment that values hard work and integrity</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time, Monday&ndash;Friday with occasional overtime during busy seasons</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
