Landscape Construction Specialist

Beattie Outdoor Solutions is a growing family-owned outdoor construction company serving Madison and surrounding areas. We specialize in high-quality landscape and hardscape projects including patios, retaining walls, drainage solutions, grading, sod installation, planting, and outdoor transformations.

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Landscape Construction Specialist who takes pride in quality work and enjoys working outdoors. This is a hands-on position for someone with landscaping or construction experience who wants to grow with a company and work directly alongside the owner.

Responsibilities:

• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage systems, sod, mulch, and plantings
• Operate hand tools, power tools, compactors, saws, and equipment safely
• Assist with grading, excavation, material movement, and site prep
• Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites
• Communicate well with team members and customers when needed
• Help complete projects efficiently with strong attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping, hardscaping, construction, masonry, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in heat/cold
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to follow direction and work independently when needed
• Equipment experience is a plus

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional overtime during busy seasons

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
