We are looking for a high-energy, outgoing, ambitious, and open-minded professional to join our MedSpa team as a Treatment Provider &amp; Aesthetic Sales Consultant.**Requirements:<ul><li>Experience as a Medical Esthetician or similar role within a med spa setting</li><li>Preferred: Licensed Esthetician with 1+ years experience</li><li>OR: unlicensed with 1+ years Hands-on experience with advanced aesthetic procedures (ex: Laser-Tech, Medical Assistant, etc..)</li><li>Excellent Communication (ability to educate confidently about treatments)</li><li>Sales Experience (preferably with a focus on Aesthetics)</li></ul>Ideal Candidate: (Who We're Looking For)<ul><li>Open Minded: Someone who is not pessimistic, focuses on solutions and possibilities.</li><li>Coachable: Someone open to feedback &amp; not limited to one way of doing things.</li><li>Eager to Learn: Someone who wants to always learn and improve (growth mindset)</li><li>Ambitious/Driven: Someone thats a 'big-picture' thinker, who believes there's no limit to what you can achieve.</li><li>Energy: Someone who can easily connect with strangers &amp; maintain high-energy communication.</li><li>Resilient: Someone who isn't afraid of confrontation &amp; can handle rejection. And has a sense of self-accountability.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Providing non-invasive treatments / services to clients. (training provided):</li><li>Main 3 treatments: RF Skin Tightening, EMS-Sculpting, UltraSlim Fat Reduction</li><li>These treatments are relatively simple and quick to learn with our provided training. They are non-invasive with almost zero risk or downtime for clients.</li><li>Also, you will be able to provide other treatments, if you are licensed Esthetician (Chemical Peels, Microneedling, etc..)</li><li>Consultations &amp; Sales: You will be responsible for retaining the clientele that come in for their first treatment. Your main goal will be ensuring they come back for a package / treatment plan. So that we can ensure they achieve their dream goal / result.</li><li>The sales skills are the most important responsibility of this role. We strive to completely solve each clients problem and get them to their dream-goal, to ensure desired results and avoid dissatisfied clients.
