Aesthetic Sales Consultant (Medical Esthetician)

Job Overview

Requirements:

• Experience as a Medical Esthetician or similar role within a med spa setting
• Preferred: Licensed Esthetician with 1+ years experience
• OR: unlicensed with 1+ years Hands-on experience with advanced aesthetic procedures (ex: Laser-Tech, Medical Assistant, etc..)
• Excellent Communication (ability to educate confidently about treatments)
• Sales Experience (preferably with a focus on Aesthetics)

Responsibilities

• Providing non-invasive treatments / services to clients. (training provided):
• Main 3 treatments: RF Skin Tightening, EMS-Sculpting, UltraSlim Fat Reduction
• These treatments are relatively simple and quick to learn with our provided training. They are non-invasive with almost zero risk or downtime for clients.
• Also, you will be able to provide other treatments, if you are licensed Esthetician (Chemical Peels, Microneedling, etc..)
• Consultations & Sales: You will be responsible for retaining the clientele that come in for their first treatment. Your main goal will be ensuring they come back for a package / treatment plan. So that we can ensure they achieve their dream goal / result.
• The sales skills are the most important responsibility of this role. We strive to completely solve each clients problem and get them to their dream-goal, to ensure desired results and avoid dissatisfied clients. To do so, the provider needs to communicate the importance of completing the full treatment plan, not just one or two treatments.
• Commission in this role is mainly based on Packages & Products, this ensures that everyone's incentives are aligned, to ensure the client solves the problem that they come in with.
• Clientele: We acquire all clientele, so you are not responsible for bringing in new-clients.
• Calling Leads: Role may involve occasionally calling leads that expressed interest in our services, to answer their questions, and finalize their first appointment.

Pay Details:

• Base Hourly : $20-25/hr (depending on candidate)
• Commission: Can equal an extra $5-30/hr+ (varies on performance)
• Performance Bonuses (provided at discretion)
• An Ideal high-performing candidate can expect to effectively earn around $30-$50/hour or more
