We are seeking a Performance Creative &amp; Marketing Lead to focus on developing and iterating high-performing ad creative that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role is the centerpiece of our growth engine &mdash; crafting ads that convert, while applying creative learnings to social content, product marketing, and brand initiatives.This is a time-intensive, results-driven role reporting directly to the CEO. The right candidate will be mentored on performance marketing principles and Ads Manager usage, while bringing strong creative execution, self-learning capacity, and the drive to translate data and insights into content that delivers measurable results.Core ResponsibilitiesPerformance Ad Creative<ul><li>Get trained in Ads Manager (Meta, TikTok, Google) by CEO to understand performance data.</li></ul><ul><li>Use ad performance insights to guide new creative concepts and iterative testing.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct competitive ad research to surface trends, hooks, and creative strategies.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop, edit, and deliver ad creative designed to maximize conversions and ROAS.</li></ul>Content &amp; Social Marketing<ul><li>Drive weekly content output across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.</li></ul><ul><li>Take on front-facing content responsibilities (on-camera, voiceover, or personal presence). (Optional, but highly qualifying)</li></ul><ul><li>Support live marketing activations (TikTok Live, IG Live, YT streams) to engage consumers and generate insights.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with talent sourcing and manage studio production for ads and social content.</li></ul>Education &amp; Brand Content<ul><li>Create educational blog content to support SEO, authority, and conversion.</li></ul><ul><li>Partner on packaging design and other brand-facing creative projects.</li></ul>Product &amp; Studio Integration<ul><li>Leverage live/social consumer feedback to help inform product development ideas.</li></ul><ul><li>Optimize studio time to maximize ad and content output.</li></ul><ul><li>Work within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to organize and manage creative assets.</li></ul><ul><li>Edit video ads and social content, adapting across formats and placements.</li></ul><ul><li>Existing editing skills are optional, but highly qualifying. Additional performance video editing training is required &amp; provided by the company.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Ads consistently generate high conversion rates and improve ROAS.</li></ul><ul><li>Competitive insights and performance learnings directly inform new creative directions.</li></ul><ul><li>Organic and live content feed back into performance creative strategy.</li></ul><ul><li>Studio and content workflows are efficient and produce high-quality outputs.</li></ul><ul><li>Role evolves into a holistic performance-driven creative leader, influencing creative direction across ads, content, and product.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Demonstrated creative ability in video editing, copywriting, and visual direction.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong curiosity and self-learning capacity with willingness to be trained in Ads Manager.</li></ul><ul><li>Analytical mindset &mdash; able to connect performance results to creative decisions.</li></ul><ul><li>Highly organized with experience managing assets in a DAM system.</li></ul><ul><li>Confidence in front-facing roles (comfortable on-camera or voiceover when needed).</li></ul><ul><li>Experience producing content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to juggle high creative output in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Reporting StructureReports directly to the CEO.
