We are seeking a Performance Creative & Marketing Lead to focus on developing and iterating high-performing ad creative that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role is the centerpiece of our growth engine — crafting ads that convert, while applying creative learnings to social content, product marketing, and brand initiatives.

This is a time-intensive, results-driven role reporting directly to the CEO. The right candidate will be mentored on performance marketing principles and Ads Manager usage, while bringing strong creative execution, self-learning capacity, and the drive to translate data and insights into content that delivers measurable results.

Core Responsibilities

Performance Ad Creative

  • Get trained in Ads Manager (Meta, TikTok, Google) by CEO to understand performance data.
  • Use ad performance insights to guide new creative concepts and iterative testing.
  • Conduct competitive ad research to surface trends, hooks, and creative strategies.
  • Develop, edit, and deliver ad creative designed to maximize conversions and ROAS.

Content & Social Marketing

  • Drive weekly content output across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Take on front-facing content responsibilities (on-camera, voiceover, or personal presence). (Optional, but highly qualifying)
  • Support live marketing activations (TikTok Live, IG Live, YT streams) to engage consumers and generate insights.
  • Assist with talent sourcing and manage studio production for ads and social content.

Education & Brand Content

  • Create educational blog content to support SEO, authority, and conversion.
  • Partner on packaging design and other brand-facing creative projects.

Product & Studio Integration

  • Leverage live/social consumer feedback to help inform product development ideas.
  • Optimize studio time to maximize ad and content output.
  • Work within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to organize and manage creative assets.
  • Edit video ads and social content, adapting across formats and placements.
  • Existing editing skills are optional, but highly qualifying. Additional performance video editing training is required & provided by the company.

What Success Looks Like

  • Ads consistently generate high conversion rates and improve ROAS.
  • Competitive insights and performance learnings directly inform new creative directions.
  • Organic and live content feed back into performance creative strategy.
  • Studio and content workflows are efficient and produce high-quality outputs.
  • Role evolves into a holistic performance-driven creative leader, influencing creative direction across ads, content, and product.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated creative ability in video editing, copywriting, and visual direction.
  • Strong curiosity and self-learning capacity with willingness to be trained in Ads Manager.
  • Analytical mindset — able to connect performance results to creative decisions.
  • Highly organized with experience managing assets in a DAM system.
  • Confidence in front-facing roles (comfortable on-camera or voiceover when needed).
  • Experience producing content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Ability to juggle high creative output in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the CEO. Works closely with a lean team (CEO, Marketing Lead, Operations) with support from contractors for design and production as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
