This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a lively, supportive setting where innovation and professionalism thrive.Duties<ul><li>Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing to meet clients&rsquo; individual needs.</li><li>Provide advanced services such as botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, hair threading, makeup application, and straight razor shaves to elevate client satisfaction.</li><li>Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium and MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and record keeping.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare products through product demos and upselling techniques to enhance their results and boost retail sales.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation standards across all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations to ensure client safety.</li><li>Engage with guests through excellent communication skills, delivering personalized consultations that foster trust and loyalty.</li><li>Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client success stories, and grow our online community.</li><li>Assist at the front desk with guest services, appointment bookings, and answering inquiries to create a seamless experience from arrival to departure.</li><li>Support team collaboration by participating in staff meetings, training sessions on new treatments like tattooing or esthetic laser procedures, and staying current with industry trends.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification as required by state law.</li><li>Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, laser therapy, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.</li><li>Familiarity with salon management software including for scheduling and client records.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment.</li><li>Experience with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to promote product demos and increase revenue.</li><li>Ability to perform specialized services such as botulinum toxin treatment or tattooing is a plus but not mandatory.</li><li>Excellent multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to managing appointments, guest interactions, social media content creation, and team collaboration.
