Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing to meet clients’ individual needs.
• Provide advanced services such as botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, hair threading, makeup application, and straight razor shaves to elevate client satisfaction.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium and MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and record keeping.
• Educate clients on skincare products through product demos and upselling techniques to enhance their results and boost retail sales.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards across all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations to ensure client safety.
• Engage with guests through excellent communication skills, delivering personalized consultations that foster trust and loyalty.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client success stories, and grow our online community.
• Assist at the front desk with guest services, appointment bookings, and answering inquiries to create a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
• Support team collaboration by participating in staff meetings, training sessions on new treatments like tattooing or esthetic laser procedures, and staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification as required by state law.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, laser therapy, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Familiarity with salon management software including for scheduling and client records.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment.
• Experience with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to promote product demos and increase revenue.
• Ability to perform specialized services such as botulinum toxin treatment or tattooing is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to managing appointments, guest interactions, social media content creation, and team collaboration. Pay: $24.91 - $28.00 per hour
