Licensed Facial Esthetician Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Licensed Esthetician with a focus on facials to join our dynamic wellness center team. If you are someone who thrives in a warm, client-focused environment and has a genuine passion for skincare, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform Facials & Skin Treatments: Provide high-quality, personalized facial treatments to clients, ensuring an exceptional experience each time. This includes performing services such as deep cleansing facials, anti-aging treatments, hydrating facials, acne treatments, and more.
• Consultations & Customized Skin Care Plans: Conduct thorough skin analysis and consultations, recommending customized treatments and at-home skin care routines to help clients achieve their skin goals.
• Product Knowledge & Sales: Utilize your expertise to recommend and sell skin care products tailored to individual client needs. You will be an integral part of our wellness center’s retail sales.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area: Ensure that all equipment, tools, and workstations are sanitized and maintained according to center protocols.
• Client Care & Customer Service: Foster lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and creating a relaxing, enjoyable experience.
• Stay Updated on Trends: Continuously stay informed on the latest skincare treatments, trends, and products to offer clients cutting-edge services.

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of Experience in facial treatments and esthetics (licensed esthetician required).
• Spanish language skills are a plus! Ability to communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking clients is highly valued.
• Strong interpersonal skills: Outgoing, friendly, and able to build rapport easily with clients.
• Sales Ability: Comfortable promoting and selling skincare products and services, contributing to the success of the wellness center.
• Passion for Skin Care & Wellness: A genuine desire to help others look and feel their best, with a focus on skin health and beauty.
• Team Player: Must work well within a team environment and be open to collaborative efforts to ensure the overall success of the wellness center.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
