Aesthetician Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Aesthetician Assistant to join our vibrant skincare and beauty team. Responsibilities

• Assist licensed aestheticians with various skincare treatments, including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms by sanitizing equipment, organizing supplies, and ensuring all tools meet sanitation standards.
• Manage client appointments using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, confirming bookings and updating client records accurately.
• Provide exceptional guest services by greeting clients warmly, answering questions about treatments, and guiding them through service options.
• Support retail sales efforts by demonstrating products, conducting product demos, and upselling skincare or beauty products to enhance client results.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon environment, adhering to health regulations for body waxing, hair threading, nail care, and other services.
• Handle front desk duties including check-in/check-out procedures, managing social media management tasks to promote services and special offers.
• Assist with social media management by creating engaging content that highlights our services like eyelash extensions, hair extensions, makeup application, and more.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, or esthetic laser treatment preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices related to body waxing, hair threading, nail care, and other aesthetic procedures.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in social media management is a plus for promoting services and engaging with clients online.
• A passion for the beauty industry with a willingness to learn new techniques such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, tattooing, or straight razor shaving. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
