Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician you will be expected to perform facials and skincare treatments based on our unique protocols and be able to prescribe the correct treatment type and homecare for a diverse clientele. You will need to Maintain a 70% prebook rate with your clients and grow our esthetic services by 35% by the second quarter of 2026.

Duties

-Grow revenue specifically coming from skincare services from $30,000 to $38,000 per month by the 6 month mark.

-Execute confidence and knowledge in products to sell.

- Write detailed client notes after service is finished inside their online profile. Follow up with clients 24-48 hours post appointment to check in.

-Keep pictures of clients in client profiles to show great before and after photos showing skin improvement.

- Take continuing education classes provided by Tavoos Spa which may include online programs, in person events, or onsite trainings.

-Keep a clean facial room up to standard after every client and our deep cleaning protocol at the end of everyday. Fully restock the treatment room at the end of every shift.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license or certification in the state of practice.
• Experience in spa environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Sales experience is advantageous for promoting services and products effectively.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
• Ability to manage time effectively while providing high-quality service.

Base Pay: $24.99 - $29.71 per hour
