On-Site Sales & Marketing Manager (Medical Spa - Aesthetic & Functional Medicine)

We are a growth-focused aesthetic and wellness clinic offering injectables, IV therapy, medical weight management including GLP-1 therapies, hormone optimization, and advanced cosmetic treatments.

Position Overview

We’re looking for someone who can actually drive growth. You need to understand paid ads, lead flow, and conversion well enough to make decisions on your own and adjust quickly when performance drops. At the end of the day, this role is about booked consultations and revenue, not just marketing activity.

You’ll own patient acquisition and marketing performance across the board. This isn’t a coordinator position. We want someone who takes responsibility, moves fast, and is comfortable being measured by results. If you like working toward clear numbers and seeing direct impact from what you do, this will be a good fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
  • Monitor lead quality, cost per lead, booking conversion, and return on ad spend
  • Collaborate with external marketing partners while holding clear performance expectations
  • Oversee website performance, SEO fundamentals, online listings, and reputation management
  • Partner with content creators to ensure marketing supports conversion goals
  • Review campaign data regularly and adjust strategy based on performance
  • Own the lead-to-consultation pipeline and improve conversion rates
  • Implement follow-up systems that increase consultation bookings and close rates
  • Track KPIs including revenue per consultation, rebooking rates, and patient lifetime value
  • Coach front desk and consultation staff on sales communication and follow-up
  • Ensure rapid response to new leads and consistent follow-through
  • Build systems that support long-term treatment planning and repeat visits
  • Develop promotions and campaigns designed to increase retention
  • Identify opportunities to increase average patient spend
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and online reputation metrics
  • Work closely with clinic leadership and providers to align marketing with operational capacity
  • Maintain clear reporting dashboards on marketing and sales performance
  • Support a high-performance, accountability-driven culture

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or high-end service sales and marketing
  • Proven experience managing paid ads and digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, conversion strategy, and sales performance
  • Experience improving booking rates and patient acquisition metrics
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and performance reporting
  • Strong leadership presence with ability to influence teams
  • Experience in aesthetic medicine or wellness environments
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM systems
  • Background combining marketing strategy with sales execution
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership mentality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
