Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Aesthetician Assistant to join our vibrant skincare and beauty team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across a broad spectrum of aesthetic services while contributing to a positive, energetic workplace.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist licensed aestheticians with various skincare treatments, including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser procedures.</li><li>Prepare treatment rooms by sanitizing equipment, organizing supplies, and ensuring all tools meet sanitation standards.</li><li>Manage client appointments using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, confirming bookings and updating client records accurately.</li><li>Provide exceptional guest services by greeting clients warmly, answering questions about treatments, and guiding them through service options.</li><li>Support retail sales efforts by demonstrating products, conducting product demos, and upselling skincare or beauty products to enhance client results.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon environment, adhering to health regulations for body waxing, hair threading, nail care, and other services.</li><li>Handle front desk duties including check-in/check-out procedures, managing social media management tasks to promote services and special offers.</li><li>Assist with social media management by creating engaging content that highlights our services like eyelash extensions, hair extensions, makeup application, and more.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, or esthetic laser treatment preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Experience with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation practices related to body waxing, hair threading, nail care, and other aesthetic procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.</li><li>Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Experience in social media management is a plus for promoting services and engaging with clients online.</li><li>A passion for the beauty industry with a willingness to learn new techniques such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, tattooing, or straight razor shaving.
